CaPPr (Center for Applied Product Personality Research) has been founded to collect and amplify research and opinions on product personality from around the world and to put this into practice.
Product personality means applying personality traits on products.
The five personality traits are:
- openness to experience,
By matching products and people, people can find their true preferences and increase their satisfaction with the products and experiences they purchase.
- Video with University of Texas’ psychology professor Sam Gosling, elaborating on personality & place.
- Podcast with University of Cambridge’s computational social scientist Sandra Matz, explaining why personality in marketing makes CTR and conversion go through the roof.
