Plants don’t want to be eaten. They simply want to survive. One of the ways they defend themselves against hungry animals like us is by producing toxic chemical compounds – proteins known as lectins.

Full of toxins, the root cause of inflammation that turns into auto immune diseases.
Every single plant on this earth contains toxins. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t eat plants, but we have to be aware of this fact.
Some of them will kill you, some of them will make you sick, and some of these toxins can be used as medicines, some don’t cause any harm at all and some will build up in the body over time.
In order to eat plants in the safest way possible, we have to acknowledge that they have toxins.
Furthermore, we have to understand that plants are not on this earth this feed us. And they don’t give up their nutrition very easily to us. Even though a lot of them has wonderful nutritional qualities, a lot of that nutrition is not available to us due to toxins. This is called bioavailability.
By processing the plants we can make the nutrition more bioavailable for humans. The number one technology that allows humans to safely access the nutritions a plant can provide are animals.
Animals are essentially food factories, biologically equiped to transform things that are toxic to us into high quality food with high nutritional value, like meat, organs, bones, blood and milk (nose to tail).

We have to stop eating meat from a system we are not part of. We have to eat nose to tail, focus on animal foods for health. Vegan is detremental for health and a myth.
A carnivore diet is actually more vegan than a vegan diet. Monocropping is detremantal for the globe.
Regenaritve agriculture is necessary to keep soils healthy.
